Reality Score

One number for execution credibility.

Reality Score measures how well your company delivers on what it says it will do. It is built from commitments kept (60%) and goal pace (40%), and recomputed every day.

  • Commitments kept: 60% of the score
  • Goal pace: 40% of the score
  • Recomputed every day, with the trend over time

Commitments

Every promise, tracked until it's done.

Every commitment you make in email, meetings, and messages is extracted and tracked until it's done. Barvol auto-verifies it when an integration confirms delivery, and alerts you before the deadline, not after.

  • Pulled from Gmail, meeting transcripts, and Barvol messages
  • Auto-verified when an integration confirms delivery
  • On track, at risk, and overdue at a glance
